Thanks to the inclination angle of -30° to +120° and the lateral tilt of +/-45°, deep cavities and narrow canals can be optimally illuminated and examined while the HS ALLEGRA 700 always remains balanced. No springs need to be tightened, no knobs turned. The electromagnetic brakes retain the microscope safely in its working position.

LIGHT MANAGEMENT
Intraoperative filter selection
The microscope contains a filter disk for daylight, softlight, UV protection (yellow filter), blue light (excitation of fluorescence), and green light (better recognition of blood vessels). In addition, two spot diaphragms are integrated against glare.

LASER ATTACHMENT
For improved treatment
Especially in ENT applications, CO2 lasers are used and added to the optical head. This often – but not in HS ALLEGRA 700 – negatively influences the movability and the balancing of the microscope. For mounting a Iaser adapter, the turning axis of the microscope is adjustable to retain the full balance.
C.MOR HD / HD³
Compact HD camera
C.MOR HD is a full HD color video camera designed for the HAAG-STREIT SURGICAL microscope. Its ultra-compact camera head houses a 1/3” CMOS sensor that meets very high standards. In its 1 and 3-chip version, images are crisp and sharp. Different user settings allow individual adjustments.
M.DIS AND C.MON HD
Display
Best control of the camera image and additional opportunities for observation are provided through monitors. Those may be mounted directly to the microscope head to serve the surgeon and the assistant (M.DIS) or on the floor stand for further staff (C.MON HD).
HS MIOS 5
Comprehensive yet intuitive recording
The prime functions of HS MIOS 5 are the recording of operation scenes as well as the capturing and recording of snapshots, together with proper identification of patient and hospital data. Images and video streams can be stored on DVD-R/-RW, HDD, USB flash drive, and external USB hard disk drive or transmitted to the hospital PACS via DICOM.
EF 5000 AND EF 5001
Ergonomic control
For most ergonomic control of the microscope HAAG-STREIT SURGICAL recommends its corrosion-proof foot switches. While EF 5000 is connected to the floor stand via cable, EF 5001 controls 14 functions of the microscope wireless via Bluetooth.

FS 2-21/23/25
High-tech solutions
Electromagnetic brakes in the floor stands FS 2-21 (halogen), FS 2-23 (xenon) and FS 2-25 (LED) support the smooth movements of the microscope while their shape and internal reinforcements make the floor stands extremely stable against vibrations. A holder for a foot switch can be mounted directly to the column as can trays for camera control units, a high-resolution monitor, or other equipment.
FLOOR STAND CONTROL
At a glance
The floor stand is computer-controlled via a touch screen. Here illumination and balancing can be controlled. Additionally, the individual start settings of the microscope parameters can be programmed for each surgeon.
LED
Brilliant light
The floor stand is equipped with a brilliant white and clear LED illumination. In its 3rd generation, the LED features a high CRI (Color Rendering Index) that shows colors most naturally. The homogenous light is free of hot spot and without IR and UV radiation extremly save. Its lifetime of 50,000 hours maintance is highly ecomomically.
FS 2-11/13/15
Mechanical Solutions
The floor stands FS 2-11 (halogen), FS 2-13 (xenon) and FS 2-15 (LED) are equipped with mechanical brakes that allow for free-floating movements as well as for stable working positions. The light source is mounted externally for easy access. A tray to carry a camera control unit may be attached to the column. All cables are hidden inside a cable duct.
300 W XENON
Powerful light
For easy access, the 300 W xenon light source is located externally underneath the push bar. The upper housing contains a spare light module. The xenon light sources contain filters to protect the surgeon’s eyes and the patient’s tissue against ultraviolet and infrared radiation.
